Guide - T4 Voidgloom Slayer full guide (2024)

Tier 4 Voidgloom Seraphim are a major challenge for most late-game players, boasting the highest Health point and second largest DPS, where the latter (DPS) is surpassed by an even more hellish slayer, Inferno Demonlord, which can be considered by most, an endgame slayer. The first thing you come to the End Island is quite a handful of death messages related to that. Some may buy carries, but here's how you can also be "Kassadin" in this slayer. (No LoL ref. intended here).

Disclaimer: This is quite a long one, so sit down and let's hop into it.

PART 1: Overall Stats

A tier 4 Voidgloom Seraph boasts a staggering 210 million Health (used to be 300mil, 600mil if Derpy's mayor Guide - T4 Voidgloom Slayer full guide (1) ), which is 2nd highest to the Mino Inquisitor. Its includes all stats from lower tiers, along with a new one:

HP: 210,000,000
DPS: 21,000

Skill 1: Dissonance
Randomly teleports, usually behind the player
Deals half if its DPS (10,500) as AoE.

Skill 2: Malevolent Hitshield
At 99% (spawning), 66%, 33% Health, generates a shield that negates all damage, and receives 75% less ferocity when it's not on. Gains 3000 more DPS every 3 seconds when it's active.

Skill 3: Yang Glyphs
After the 2nd hitshield has been neutralized, it will hold out a beacon for 2 seconds, and throw it in a random direction close to it.

Skill 4: Nukekubi Fixations
Upon reaching 33% health, it spawns heads in a random direction and floats. Each head deals 2000 DPS, and is doubled when an additional head is spawned.

Skill 5: Broken Heart Radiation
Upon reaching 83%, 50% and 17% HP, it becomes immune to damage, and casts a 4-way beam which upon contact, deals 25% of your Health as True Damage and reduces your healing by 12% for 90 seconds.

So, with all that, it has more than sufficient proof that T4 Voidglooms are quite challenging, but don't worry, if you're not buying carries, there's a few ways to defeat it easily.

PART 2: Loadouts
There are 2 ways to clear a T4, melee and RCM. While the latter is more popular, as there's a confirmation that Voidglooms will be immune to all ability damage, melee will become the major meta if admins are to implement it in the game (it's still on alpha). But I'll still go through both melee and mage loadouts:

Weapon: Atomsplit Katana
Hypermax enchants: Sharpness 7, Critical 7, Ender Slayer 7, Giant Killer 7, Vampirism 6, Syphon 6
Need I say more? 250% more damage to enderman, +400 ferocity when soulcry is activated.
Reforge: Withered if you're Cata 30 or above, Fabled for otherwise.

Armor: Full Final Destination
Kills recommended: around 25k~50k will do.
Enchants: G6P6 will suffice. Also, for Ult enchants, you can use Habanero Tactics if you're lucky enough to get one from those Smoldering Blazes. OR Legion. BUT ALWAYS GET A SMOLDERING POLARIZATION BEFOREHAND FOR HABANERO OR YOUR MF WILL DROP BY 60 AT MAX.
Full HPB and FPB.

Utilities: ALWAYS use an Overflux; then the path goes 2 ways: if you're rich enough, go for a Hyperion for shield + healing, or if you're on a budget, you can use the End Stone Sword's Extreme Focus to brute force your way.
Oh, and don't forget about the Reaper Scythe for summons.

Weapon: Hyperion
Make sure you have all scrolls or else it's not going to work.
Reforge: Heroic/Suspicious

Armor: Full Final Destination or 3/4 Storm + Wither Goggles
Pretty much the same as Melee, except this time, Wisdom is the Ult. Enchant you need.

Utilities: Overflux or Plasmaflux, and a Reaper Scythe.

That's all for the loadout part. Now here are some tips and tricks that you can utilize to make your eman slayer more consistent.

PART 3: Tips and Tricks
As easy as it should be even when you have the proper loadout, sometimes you might die because you're careless or you over-extended, which is a bad thing. So here are a few tips and tricks when you're doing Eman slayers:

#1: NEVER. GET. TOO. CLOSE

Getting too close to a Voidgloom is a TABOO when fighting it, especially when it does the Broken Heart Radiation and you're not in full FD. Even if you're using Hyperion, remember that the Radiation beams ALWAYS does true damage which disregards your damage absorption, and since the healing reduction is multiplicative, that means your healing is not going to tank it. That, plus the Voidgloom's DPS and AoE, that's a deado. So keeping a distance of at least 2~3 blocks can save your bacon when things get haywire.

#2: Rhythm
If you're using the End Stone Sword in place of a Hyperion, ALWAYS remember this sequence: Soulcry -> Extreme Focus.
Extreme Focus drains ALL of your mana for a max of 50% damage reduction. So if you do the opposite way, you are at high risk of putting yourself in danger, as you will have almost no mana to cast your Soulcry.

#3: Timing
This applies to the power orbs' effective period, if you're melee, always look for the timer above the orb itself: when it falls below 10 seconds, after it's 2nd Radiation phase, deploy another one, and back to the aforementioned rhythm. Don't overextend.

#4: Third person
For melee, doing Voidglooms in third person as you do with Zealot grinding is a MAJOR lifesaver, as you cover more blocks and you can see where on earth the glyph was in case if the Skytils glyph mod doesn't work in some occasions. It's also helpful for the Nukekubis.

#5: Get the Glyphs, heads after
Upon reaching 33% of its HP, it'll not only cast floating heads which gives more DPS, but also the glyphs. For the first few heads, you can usually tank it. So if you see a glyph landed, unless if there's more than 2~3 heads, don't wait, don't delay, don't dilly dally, and don't screw with the Voidgloom, or you get your nuts reduced to atoms, that's a bad deal.

#6: Chat and sound cues are Chads
When you're using the End Stone tactic, other than the rhythm I've mentioned in #2, you'll also need to take notice on the sound cues and chat. When you do the Soulcry, it'll make a rising squeaking noise, and downwards when it's off. For Endstone Sword, always look at the chat and when it says "Your Extreme Focus has worn off.", Soulcry, then Extreme Focus again. And always keep your damage reduction form the End Stone Sword at 35% and above.

#7: Summon up close, cancel when low
Upon spawning the boss, or when its hitshield is deployed, you can usually tank a first few hits. So try to summon those minions up close has no problem whatsoever, since it's DPS only increases every 3 seconds. If you're using Wither Spectre in place of Tank Zombies, when it gets low before reaching around 36 hits, de-spawn your minions and summon again. But don't neglect the mistake mentioned in tip #1, this can go wrong.

So that's it from me, if you have some tips and tricks or loadouts and stuff that I've missed out, feel free to comment, as these are a few major ones I've found very useful.
And now that you've read through this, time to get your weapon, load up the bullets, and kick some Voidgloom butts!
