Crafting and Gathering are a large part of Final Fantasy 14's endgame and side content. You can make a ton of gil with a set of fully leveled Crafting and Gathering classes, but getting there can be a long and tedious process. However, there are a few ways to speed up this process, like Custom Deliveries.

Besides being a great way to level up your Disciple of the Hand and Land Jobs, Custom Deliveries can also provide a steady flow of Scrips that you can spend on useful items like gear for your Gatherers and Crafters, expensive items you can sell for gil, and more. Below, we'll take a look at everything you need to know about Custom Delivieres, including what they are, how to complete them, and how to unlock every Custom Delivery NPC.

Updated October 5, 2023: Patch 6.5 has added Margrat as an unlockable NPC for Custom Deliveries, so we've updated this guide with information on how to unlock her.

What Are Custom Deliveries?

Custom Deliveries are NPCs that you can deliver items to for rewards. Every week, a set of items, based on the NPC's Satisfaction level, will be available to deliver. Turning in these items will reward you with Crafter or Gatherer Scrips, experience, and Satisfaction points. Once you've delivered enough items, the NPC's Satisfaction level will increase, and different items will become available.

Custom Deliveries are divided into Disciples of the Hand, Disciples of the Land, and Fishers. The items you deliver are Collectables, and depending on the Collectability of the item you deliver, you'll earn increased rewards.

At maximum Satisfaction, the available Custom Deliveries for a given NPC will rotate between all of their items. This means you'll have to deliver new items each week, and to different NPCs according to the bonuses, if you want to maximize your rewards.

Before you can start completing Custom Deliveries, you need to complete the level 50 quest 'Inscrutable Tastes' to unlock Collectables, and the level 60 quest 'Go West, Crafttsman' that further unlocks components of the Collectable systems and Scrip vendors. After you've completed this quest, there are a variety of different Custom Delivery NPCs you can begin to unlock, detailed below.

Every Custom Delivery NPC And How To Unlock Them

There are currently nine NPCs that you can make custom deliveries to. Below, you can find the quests and prerequisite quests you need to complete to unlock each of them, as well as what items are available for delivery at each Satisfaction level.

Zhloe Aliapoh

• Quest: Arms Wide Open
• Lv. 60 Disciple of the Hand/Land
• Quest Giver: Geimlona
• Quest Location: Idyllshire (X:5.8, Y:6.9)

Crafting materials for Zhloe Custom Delivery items can be purchased from Scrap Salvager in Idyllshire (X:5.9, Y:7.3).

M'naago

• Prerequisite Quests: Reach Long and Prosper, Return of the Bull (MSQ)
• Quest: None Forgotten, None Forsaken
• Lv. 60 Disciple of the Hand/Land
• Quest Giver: Galiena
• Quest Location: Rhalgr's Reach (X:9.8, Y:12.5)

Crafting materials for M'naago Custom Deliveries can be purchased from Material Supplier in Rhalgr's Reach (X:9.7, Y:11.8).

Kurenai

• Prerequisite Quests: None Forgotten, None Forsaken, Kurenai's questline, consisting of the following:
